Jeffrey Brent Brams, General Counsel and General Manager, Drink LMNT Inc. a highly disruptive beverage brand, founded as a Direct to Consumer/Direct to Amazon brand. Jeff joined the company to support its 2025 launch into Mass and Club retail as well as its pioneering a new ready-to-drink beverage category for sparkling electrolyte hydration beverages.
Prior to Drink LMNT, Jeff most recently served as the Global Head of R&D at Nestle Health Sciences for Garden of Life, Vital Proteins and Solgar USA. For almost 20 years, Jeff helped build Garden of Life into the leading supplement and nutrition brand sold in the Healthy Foods Channel (VMS) and the world’s leading seller of Probiotics. Jeff formulated the company’s products, built its unique raw material and manufacturing supply chains, oversaw QA & QC, R&D, Science, Regulatory, International expansion and Legal.
Jeff pioneered sustainability efforts leading Garden of Life, and the supplement industry forward, ultimately being distinguished with the Real Leaders Impact award with Garden of Life designated as a “TOP 20 COMPANY FOR THE WORLD” and a “BEST FOR THE WORLD” B CORP designation, achieving “CarbonFree Certification” by CarbonFund, becoming the first supplement brand to be a “Certified Cleanup Partner” for 4OCEANS and maintain “GreenE Certification” over almost 20 years. Jeff’s unique focus on the power of ethical supply chains (as evidenced by focusing on Certified Organic and Non GMO ingredients) and upcycled packaging and ingredients were important tools in all of these accomplishments.
Prior to joining Garden of Life, Jeff spent 7 years at Arby’s as its Assistant General Counsel for Franchising, Distribution and International Business. For 7 years before that, Jeff was the first General Counsel for the United Franchise Group (which was Sign A Rama at the time
Jeff Brams has always been active in industry advocacy serving as an Executive Board Member for the GRMA Alliance, and the Executive Board of the Hemp Roundtable, as well as leading the Dietary Supplement Council for the Organic Trade Association, Legal and Regulatory Committee for the CRN, and the American Herbal Products Association.
In addition, Jeff is active in Philanthropic work serving on the Board for Overland Missions for over 20 years, and as a Board Advisor for Vitamin Angels for 15.
